Westside Future Fund Announces Four New Appointments To Board of Directors

Westside Future Fund (WFF) is pleased to announce four new appointments to its Board of Directors:

  • Vicki Escarra, Senior Advisor, Boston Consulting Group (joined WFF’s BOD in 2023)
  • Justin Clay, Vice President of Communications and External Affairs, NCR Corporation (joined WFF’s BOD in 2023)
  • Greer Gallagher, Senior Vice President and the Southeast Operations Leader, Holder Construction Company (joined WFF’s BOD in 2024)
  • Hilliary Jones, Senior Vice President, PNC Corporate & Institutional Bank (joined WFF’s BOD in 2024)

WFF brings together community leaders from all areas of Atlanta – business, government, and philanthropy – who believe in the future of the historic Westside neighborhoods and are committed to helping advance a compassionate approach to neighborhood revitalization that restores their strength. These appointments bring the total number of WFF’s Board of Directors to 28.

Vicki Escarra is the Senior Advisor at BCG, where she is actively involved in BCG’s Global Consumer Practice, Travel and Tourism, and is a leading member in BCG’s People and Organization Practice. She advises BCG and their clients on strategy, innovation, growth, and transformation to develop new ways of working. Vicki has been a key member of the Aviation Climate Task Force which will accelerate breakthroughs in critical emerging tech and reduce aviation emissions by 18%. Escarra has extensive private sector board experience including serving as a director for A.G. Edwards, HealthNet, Centene and DocuSign along with many nonprofit boards including: Start Early, Plan USA, WHAM (Women’s Health Access Matters), MAVEN Project, and a Director at the Woodruff Arts Center. She obtained a bachelor’s degree at Georgia State University. She also completed the Executive Management Program at Columbia University and the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University.

As Vice President of Communications and External Affairs for the NCR Corporation, Justin Clay leads the Fortune 500 companies’ global communications team as well as managing the company’s external affairs including government relations, community relations, university relations, and the NCR Foundation. Prior to this role, Clay led the Global Government Relations team, directing enterprise-wide public policy, economic development, university relations and managing external relations worldwide for the company while overseeing a global team. He currently serves on the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors, Board of the Metro Atlanta Boys & Girls Club, Board of Advisors for the Children’s Museum of Atlanta, as well as the Metro Atlanta Chamber Business Roundtable. He is also a previous President for the Touchdown Club of Atlanta and was a member of the Class of 2016 for Leadership Georgia. Clay received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2003.

Greer Gallagher is a Senior Vice President and the Southeast Operations Leader with Holder Construction Company. At Holder, she provides overall leadership for the Southeast Region, is very active on several internal initiatives and serves on the Senior Leadership Committee. She formed and is currently active with both the Workforce Development Initiative and the Holder Women’s Business Network. Greer started her career with Holder in 2000 after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Building Construction. Greer is active in several professional organizations including CREW, CoreNet and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Greer worked with the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation and the Construction Foundation of Georgia to help with the set-up and launching of Westside Works, a Workforce Development Center serving residents in Vine City, English Avenue, and Castleberry Hill.

Hilliary Jones is the Senior Vice President at PNC’s Corporate & Institutional Bank leading the commercial banking team, Jones sits among four senior leaders who drive revenue for the PNC Georgia market’s multibillion dollar portfolio. Jones has invested more than a decade cultivating her career in the Georgia market. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned a B.S. degree in Business Management. Jones has a strong commitment to community involvement, is dedicated to diversity and inclusion, and embodies heart-centered leadership skills and a personable style that supports her commitment to paving the way for others. She currently serves as an officer of the board of Cool Girls, Inc. She is passionate about philanthropic work that enriches young women’s lives and supports communities of color.
