Westside Future Fund Featured in JPMorgan Chase “What Works” Report

Westside Future Fund is grateful to be featured in the recently released JPMorgan Chase Atlanta’s Emerging Strategies for Affordable Housing — a What Works report that outlines how our city is becoming a national model for housing innovation.

The report highlights how local partners are responding to rising housing costs with practical, scalable solutions from zoning reforms and modular construction to mission-driven land acquisition and flexible financing tools.

Across Atlanta, these approaches are already showing results: more than 12,000 affordable units completed in under four years, with funding secured for thousands more.

Our work with residents to shape neighborhood-driven land use plans and ensure long-term affordability through strategic land stewardship underscores a central truth: restoration must be rooted in community priorities, honoring legacy and built to last into the future.

Atlanta’s progress shows what’s possible when government, philanthropy, the private sector, and community partners align around shared goals.
