The Westside Future Fund (“WFF”) is soliciting responses from developers and residential homebuilders. In issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), WFF’s objective is to identify and pre-qualify a pool of development partners with extensive experience who can assist with the execution of its Mixed-Income Communities Strategy. This will entail the renovation as well as the ground-up development of multi-family and single-family properties, with a primary focus on affordable yet innovative housing solutions.
