Just north of Kathryn Johnston Memorial Park, The 404 @ Oliver Street is planned to bring 54 multifamily homes and six single-family homes to the historic Westside.
Through developments like The 404 @ Oliver Street, Westside Future Fund is working to create room for growth without losing sight of what makes the historic Westside: the people, neighborhoods, and history that have shaped it for generations.
Today, work is focused on the planning and preparation needed to move the project forward. Permitting continues, and coordination with project partners is helping lay the groundwork for construction in the months ahead.

Preparing the Way at Oliver & North

Recent milestones include securing key affordable housing financing allocations, acquiring property needed for the project, and preparing the site for future development, including the demolition of the formerly vacant and blighted buildings on site. These steps create the foundation that makes future homes possible. Each milestone brings us one step closer to welcoming new neighbors while strengthening the fabric of the historic Westside.
