Featured Presentation: Families First

Terry Tucker, CEO of Families First, was the featured presenter. Tucker, who was formerly chief strategy officer and general counsel for City of Refuge, assumed the helm of Families First in the fall of 2017 and has spent the first several months of his tenure working with the community to craft a new initiative, titled “Success @ 25.”

According to Tucker, Families First plans to roll out new programming in the next several months in support of “Success @ 25” to achieve measurable outcomes in the following impact areas: Housing, Optimal Wellness, Mentoring, and Education/Experience (H.O.M.E.). These outcomes will be aligned to the Social Genome Project, a cradle-to-career framework that informs Families First’s programming strategies, developed by the Brookings Institution.
