Event Recap: Westside Volunteer Corps’ Kick-off “Day of Service”
We did it, Atlanta!
More than 350 volunteers. 12 nonprofit partners. 4 neighborhoods. 1 great launch for the #WestsideVolunteerCorps!
On Saturday, August 26, volunteers from across Greater Atlanta came together with Westside residents, working side-by-side as part of the revitalization of English Avenue, Vine City, Ashview Heights and Atlanta University Center.
Thank you to all the volunteers for your hard work, and to our #WestsideVolunteerCorps partners United Way of Greater Atlanta and the Chick-fil-A Foundation for your support in making our kick-off Day of Service a huge success!
