Join us at this fascinating West End museum to learn about “the teaching of the true story” (translation of Omenala Griot).

Party with the Past: St. Marks on English Avenue

Built in 1920, the impressive stone walls of historic St. Marks AME Church now enclose an open-air event space, a historic preservation & adaptive reuse project in the making. Come & see this impressive structure, learn about the effort to save it spearheaded by community leaders, & get to know historic English Avenue.
