About Home on the Westside
Westside Future Fund is deeply committed to preserving community retention in Atlanta’s Historic Westside through its signature initiative Home on the Westside by:
- Providing renters with permanently affordable housing to counter steep rent increases
- Constructing new single-family homes, available for purchase and for lease-to-purchase, accompanied by down payment assistance
- Covering increases in legacy homeowners’ property taxes
- Incentivizing homeownership with financial coaching and counseling in partnership with On the Rise Financial Center
