Westside Volunteer Corps “Day of Service”
Join us Saturday, August 26 for a “Day of Service” and fun as we officially launch the Westside Future Fund’s Westside Volunteer Corps!
Volunteer projects will last from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m., wrapping with an after party from noon to 2.p.m. to celebrate a hard day’s work. We welcome all individuals, families, groups, and companies to join us in uplifting our Beloved Community.
As a volunteer with the Westside Volunteer Corps, you are a part of the revitalization of Atlanta’s historic Westside. Residents and non-residents will stand side-by-side working for the good of the Atlanta University Center, Ashview Heights, English Avenue and Vine City neighborhoods.
The Westside Volunteer Corps was created by the Westside Future Fund in partnership with United Way of Greater Atlanta (UWGA), execution partner for the program, and the Chick-fil-A Foundation, founding sponsor of the program.
