Westside Future Fund Welcomes New Board Members
Westside Future Fund (WFF) announced today the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors: Peter Carter, Chief External Affairs Officer of Delta Air Lines; Brent Fielder, Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Chick-fil-A, Inc.; Marcy Fink, Head of Wholesale Credit Delivery at Truist; and Brenda Hofmann, Senior Vice President and Chief of Internal Audit at The Coca-Cola Company. Each brings deep expertise in corporate leadership, governance, finance, and community impact to advance WFF’s mission of resident-centered neighborhood restoration on Atlanta’s historic Westside.

Peter Carter serves as Delta Air Lines’ Chief External Affairs Officer, overseeing the company’s international, legal, regulatory, government affairs, sustainability, and corporate responsibility efforts worldwide. A member of Delta’s Leadership Committee, Carter previously served as Delta’s Chief Legal Officer and played a key role in securing federal support for the aviation industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. He brings extensive experience navigating complex public-private partnerships and global stakeholder engagement.
Brent Fielder is Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Chick-fil-A, Inc., where he leads initiatives aligned with the company’s corporate purpose and legacy of generosity. A former Chick-fil-A Owner-Operator, Fielder has spent his career focused on leadership development, nonprofit governance, and community-based impact, with a particular passion for investing in the next generation of leaders.
Marcy Fink leads Truist’s Wholesale Credit Delivery team, a 700-plus-member organization responsible for structuring, underwriting, and managing credit for wholesale clients. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial lending and real estate finance, Fink brings deep expertise in risk management, capital markets, and institutional stewardship critical to large-scale community development efforts.
Brenda Hofmann is Senior Vice President and Chief of Internal Audit at The Coca-Cola Company, where she oversees independent evaluations of financial, operational, IT, and compliance risks across the global enterprise. A longtime Coca-Cola leader with international experience, Hofmann contributes a strong background in governance, financial oversight, and organizational integrity.
Westside Future Fund also extends its sincere appreciation to Board members concluding their service this year for their leadership, guidance, and commitment to WFF’s mission. Their contributions have helped shape a model of restoration without displacement that continues to guide the organization’s work and impact across the Westside.
