On the site of the former E.R. Carter School, the new Families First Center offers a wide range of services focused on breaking the cycle of poverty and uplifting families. The new Center will enable the organization, the state’s largest mental health service provider, to increase the number of families it serves each year from an average of 37,000 to 200,000 by 2020.
